As a Holistic Health & Spiritual Wellness Guide, I am passionate about providing the language, tools and support for you to Reclaim your Radiance.
To the wise, compassionate & creative inner teacher who is always gently guiding you through the contractions and expansions of your unique chapters of Life.
In this way, all of my work roots back to the rhythms of Creation through the Song of Mother Nature and Her inherently subtle yet spectacularly wise rhythms that are always singing us into deeper union with ourselves & the world around us.
My studies are drawn from Ayurveda, Sophianic Shamanism & my own lived experience as a Wildlight Walking herself Home.
